\u00e1gua da torre de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o tratada com ozono cristalina por meio da micro flocula\u00e7\u00e3o, sem deixar sabores ou res\u00edduos qu\u00edmicos.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">O ozono \u00e9 um desinfetante e oxidante muito poderoso e pode remover os subprodutos de desinfec\u00e7\u00e3o da concentra\u00e7\u00f5es bacterianas podem levar a um aumento na corros\u00e3o influenciada por micr\u00f3bios (MIC). Certas bact\u00e9rias redutoras de sulfato e metabolizadoras de ferro podem destruir os tubos de a\u00e7o ou ferro de um sistema em menos de um ano. O ozono mata as bact\u00e9rias quebrando as suas paredes celulares, um processo ao qual os microrganismos n\u00e3o podem desenvolver imunidade.<\/p>\n<p>Concentra\u00e7\u00f5es residuais de ozono de 0,4 mg\/l ou mais resultam na redu\u00e7\u00e3o total de <em>Pseudomonas fluorescens<\/em> (um produtor de biofilme) num biofilme estabelecido dentro de 2 a 3 minutos, enquanto concentra\u00e7\u00f5es residuais t\u00e3o baixas quanto 0,1 mg\/l removem 70 a 80% do biofilme para uma exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de 3 a 4 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Estudos demonstraram ainda que uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de ozono inferior a 0,35 mg\/l, durante 30 segundos, reduz em 99% a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de <em>Legionella pneumophila<\/em>, a bact\u00e9ria respons\u00e1vel pela doen\u00e7a do legion\u00e1rio, na \u00e1gua das torres de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1674064531410{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h2><strong>Efeito nos biofilmes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nas superf\u00edcies dos trocadores de calor, os biofilmes degradam a efici\u00eancia da transfer\u00eancia de calor, aumentam a queda de press\u00e3o, reduzindo significativamente as taxas de fluxo podendo levar a problemas de corros\u00e3o.\u00a0O ozono mata os organismos rompendo as suas paredes celulares, um processo para o qual os microrganismos n\u00e3o podem desenvolver imunidade.<\/p>\n<p>A oxida\u00e7\u00e3o dissolve o material viscoso secretado por esses microrganismos das superf\u00edcies do trocador de calor, e os biofilmes s\u00e3o lavados pelo movimento da \u00e1gua corrente. Ap\u00f3s a remo\u00e7\u00e3o do biofilme, com concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de ozono inferiores a 0,1 mg\/l consegue-se prevenir o crescimento da bio incrusta\u00e7\u00e3o novamente.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1674065395446{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h2><strong>Efeito na corros\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V\u00e1rios estudos sobre taxas de corros\u00e3o em sistemas ozonizados foram realizados e publicados em jornais e outras literaturas, pois acreditava-se que o ozono, sendo um forte agente oxidante, poderia oxidar metais.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, testes efetuados usando ozono e cloro separadamente relatam que as taxas de corros\u00e3o do a\u00e7o carbono 1010, cobre, lat\u00e3o, 90\/10 cupron\u00edquel e a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel 304 aumentaram.<\/p>\n<p>Taxas de corros\u00e3o compar\u00e1veis aos testes de controle n\u00e3o tratados foram observadas para testes de 14 e 35 dias. Para o a\u00e7o macio, foram observadas taxas de corros\u00e3o menores quando foi utilizado o ozono (4,6 mpy &#8211; Mil\u00e9simos por ano) do que quando foi usado o cloro (28 mpy). Os resultados do teste foram relatados para um sistema de torre de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o aberto no qual se manteve um ozono residual de 0,05 mg\/l. As amostras de liga de cobre exibiram taxas de corros\u00e3o mais baixas do que as amostras em \u00e1gua sem ozono. Nenhuma corros\u00e3o foi detectada nas ligas de a\u00e7o Cr-Ni e tit\u00e2nio, cada uma das quais formou uma camada protetora de \u00f3xido.<\/p>\n<p>O ozono n\u00e3o \u00e9 um inibidor de corros\u00e3o, mas as taxas de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o mais altas resultantes das taxas de descarga reduzidas aumentam o pH da \u00e1gua circulante, o que ajuda a proteger o sistema contra a corros\u00e3o. A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de um baixo res\u00edduo de ozono (0,1 g\/L ou menos) mant\u00e9m as superf\u00edcies livres de algas e biofilme e previne ou reduz significativamente a corros\u00e3o microbiana (MIC) ou ataque corrosivo sob o filme.[\/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider size=&#8221;60&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1674063769587{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h2><strong>Efeito na incrusta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Outro problema comum num sistema de torre de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o que deve ser evitado \u00e9 o ac\u00famulo de minerais comumente referidos como incrusta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Minerais como c\u00e1lcio e magn\u00e9sio, que s\u00e3o s\u00f3lidos normalmente dissolvidos em \u00e1gua doce, s\u00e3o depositados por dois mecanismos diferentes: t\u00e9rmico e biol\u00f3gico. Quando a \u00e1gua de uma torre evapora, os s\u00f3lidos dissolvidos concentram-se na \u00e1gua circulante. Quando a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o desses s\u00f3lidos atinge o limite de solubilidade da \u00e1gua, eles come\u00e7am a precipitar.<\/p>\n<p>Se houver biofilmes nas paredes e outros componentes da torre, os biofilmes agem como um aglutinante que liga os microcristais minerais ao dep\u00f3sito de materiais org\u00e2nicos e inorg\u00e2nicos.<\/p>\n<p>O ozono oxida o material biol\u00f3gico e a
